About the Role n

As a Personal Support Worker, you will deliver high‑quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities Will Include: n

- Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
n
- Supporting mobility and safe transfers
n
- Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs
n
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
n
- Maintaining accurate documentation
n




- Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
n

What We’re Looking For nn
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
n
- Passion for aged care and helping others
n
- Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player
n
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude
n
