Customer Service Officer- Airline Check In

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting customers, answering enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries in person
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Work closely with other team members to resolve customer issues
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times

About you

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and skilled manner
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good computer and administration skills such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Australian drivers's licence essential
- Consent to medical checks inc drug and alcohol testing
- Availability to work split shifts and weekend work
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential
