Key Responsibilities
- Managedomesticandinternationalprogrammesfromplanningthroughdelivery
- Developandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithpartnerorganisationsandstakeholders
- Identifyfundingopportunitiesandpreparegrantapplicationsandprojectproposals
- Coordinateprojectactivities,timelines,reporting,andprogrammeadministration
- Preparereports,presentations,newsletters,websitecontent,andcommunicationmaterials
- Facilitateworkshops,trainingsessions,andstakeholderengagementactivities
- Monitor,evaluate,andreportonprogrammeperformanceandoutcomes
- Supportpartnershipdevelopmentandcollaborationinitiatives
- Assistwithcoordinationofinternshipandcapacity-buildingprogrammes
- Maintainprojectdocumentationandensureeffectiveprogrammeprocesses
- Collaboratecloselywithinternalteamstoachieveorganisationalobjectives
- Undertakeadditionalprogrammemanagementandadministrativeresponsibilitiesasrequired
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum2–3yearsofexperienceinprogrammemanagement,projectcoordination,orarelatedfield
- Experiencepreparinggrantapplicationsandfundingproposals
- Strongprojectmanagementandorganisationalskills
- Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
- Abilitytobuildandmaintainprofessionalstakeholderrelationships
- Experiencemanagingmultipletasksandcompetingpriorities
- Strongattentiontodetailandproblem-solvingabilities
- Experienceintrainingdelivery,education,orworkshopfacilitationisadvantageous
- Interestincommunitydevelopment,internationalaffairs,orsocialimpactinitiatives
- Self-motivatedwiththeabilitytoworkindependentlyandwithinacollaborativeteam
