Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage civil construction projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.

Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status, milestones, and any issues that may arise.

Ensure compliance with relevant safety,



quality, and environmental regulations and standards.

Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, financial reports, and project evaluations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry.

Solid understanding of civil construction processes, techniques, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards.
