This role is based in Bundaberg, QLD. Applicants must currently live within a 30-minute commute of the site or be prepared to relocate before commencing employment.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced MC licensed driver to join our team, transporting fresh produce from Bundaberg to Brisbane. This role is essential in ensuring timely delivery of quality fresh produce to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Operate prime mover and semi-trailer combinations for line haul runs between Bundaberg and Brisbane

Transport fresh produce ensuring product integrity throughout the journey

Conduct pre-start vehicle inspections and complete daily vehicle check sheets

Load & unload produce as required, ensure proper handling & securing of cargo





Maintain accurate logbook entries and comply with work diary requirements under NHVR regulations

Adhere to scheduled pickup & delivery times to maintain supply chain efficiency

Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers

Report any vehicle defects, incidents, or delays immediately

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of vehicle

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies

Current (MC) truck licence

Road ranger gearbox (not essential but highly regarded)

Clean driving record with no major traffic violations

Experience in line haul/ interstate driving (produce experience highly regarded)

Understanding of chain of responsibility obligations

Ability to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends as required

Strong time management and organizational skills

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Experience with road ranger gearbox

Knowledge of temperature-controlled transport

Familiarity with Brisbane and Bundaberg delivery areas

Previous experience in agricultural or perishable goods transport
