Delivery Driver & Stock Replenisher – Melbourne

As part of our Workplace Supply Services, we don't just deliver supplies — we help our clients manage them. Our team delivers workplace supplies and also visits selected workplaces to check stock, place orders, and keep workplace cupboards organised and replenished.

We're now looking for a reliable and organised Workplace Supply Officer to join our Melbourne team in a permanent, full-time position.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being out on the road, working independently and providing great service. The role is primarily focused on delivering workplace supplies to clients across Melbourne. You will also regularly visit selected client sites to check stock levels, place replenishment orders, put supplies away, and make sure workplace cupboards are neat and well organised.

What does a typical day look like?





You will generally start by collecting prepared stock from our Dandenong warehouse before heading out to scheduled client sites in a company vehicle.

Your day will include:

- Driving to workplaces across Melbourne

- Checking and loading prepared orders at the warehouse

- Delivering workplace supplies safely, accurately and on schedule

- Checking stock levels and placing replenishment orders at selected sites

- Putting away supplies and keeping cupboards and stock areas neat and organised

- Getting to know each site and following its access and safety requirements

- Letting the team know about any stock, delivery or site issues

- Completing vehicle checks and safety paperwork

You will work independently for much of the day, but you'll have support from the wider Kulbardi team whenever you need it.

What are we looking for?

You don't need to have done this exact job before. Experience in delivery driving, stock replenishment, merchandising, inventory or other field-based work would be helpful, but training will be provided.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work and is comfortable dealing with clients.

You will need:

- A current unrestricted Australian C-class driver licence

- A safe driving history

- Confidence driving a company van or similar vehicle around Melbourne

- The ability to complete regular light-to-moderate lifting and manual handling

- Basic confidence using a tablet and computer systems

- Good attention to detail and time-management skills

- A friendly, skilled approach when working at client sites

- The ability to work independently and follow site and safety procedures

No truck licence is required.
