About the Role

We are seeking Gelato Makers to prepare fresh gelato on-site and support a high-quality customer experience.
Experience in a kitchen is preferred, we provide full training on the art of making gelato.

Key responsibilities

Produce and prepare gelato to premium quality standards

Maintain visual presentation and cleanliness of the preparation area

Coordinate with the retail team to support smooth service flow

Manage ingredient inventory, portioning and daily production schedules

Ensure food safety, hygiene and product consistency

About you

Experience in food preparation, pastry, bakery or hospitality

Robust attention to detail and product presentation

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support customer experience

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Work rights in Australia

Availability for Monday and Tuesday - highly preferred
