Key Responsibilities
- Running your own section in a fast paced kitchen.
- Controlling the prep & contributing to the ordering & stock take
- Maintaining high levels of hygiene & food safety standards at all times
- Contributing to the specials board & menu when required.
Skill & Experience
- Prior experience as a Chef in a comparable restaurant
- Proven experience leading junior team members
