Duties
- Manage day-to-day clinic administration and patient records
- Coordinate scheduling across our Mentone and Frankston clinics
- Deliver a warm, professional experience for patients of all ages
- Support a smooth-running, close-knit team
Skills & experience
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer literacy and a professional manner
- A genuine interest in working with kids, teens, and adults
- Dental/orthodontic experience welcome but not required — full training provided
- 4-day work week, 72 hours per fortnight — every weekend off
