Newcastle BMW & MINI are seeking an organised and proactive Concierge & Logistics Coordinator to help keep our dealership running smoothly.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate the day-to-day movement, parking and presentation of vehicles across the dealership. Working closely with our Sales and Service teams, you will help ensure vehicles are in the right place at the right time and that our dealership remains safe, organised and professionally presented.

This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who is reliable, well organised and comfortable managing changing priorities in a busy dealership environment.

What you’ll do

- Coordinate the movement of vehicles around the dealership.
- Manage incoming service customer parking and vehicle flow.
- Transfer vehicles between dealerships and occasionally deliver vehicles to customers.
- Work with Sales and Service teams to ensure vehicles are available when and where they are needed.
- Maintain the organisation, cleanliness and presentation of the sales yard and vehicle parking areas.
- Ensure vehicles are parked and stored safely while maintaining efficient access.
- Follow company procedures and safety requirements for vehicle handling, storage and transportation.

What you’ll bring

- Previous experience in vehicle coordination, logistics,



inventory control or a dealership environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- The ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A cooperative approach and the ability to work across different departments.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate basic record-keeping.
- A practical, positive and proactive approach to getting things done.
- A current driver’s licence and the ability to drive manual vehicles.
