Sina’s Kitchen is a Sri Lankan fusion fine dining restaurant in Mill Park, Victoria. We are seeking two experienced Chefs for a permanent full-time position to manage day-to-day kitchen operations and lead a skilled kitchen team.
Responsibilities include food production, menu planning, cost control, stock management and ensuring top quality and presentation while maintaining safety standards. Minimum 3 years’ experience and strong leadership are essential.
