Our client is expanding their in-home aged care OT services across Sydney and is seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical care and help shape service growth.

This is a community-based role working exclusively with older adults (65+) — focusing on Support at Home and Short-Term Restorative Care.

Caseload will be entirely based around your area!

About the Role





- Lead a community-based OT service in Sydney as the team expands
- Manage an aged care-only caseload (65+) in the home environment
- Deliver services across referral streams such as Support at Home and Short-Term Restorative Care
- Complete functional assessments and provide practical, goal-focused interventions in the home
- Strong focus on home modifications and assistive technology prescription
- Provide clinical guidance, mentoring and support to other OTs (with backing from the National Head of OT)
- Contribute to service improvement, systems/processes, and clinical resources
- Support business development and growth, including having a say in who joins the team

Requirements

- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
- Full Australian working rights
- Minimum 4–5 years OT experience
- Strong capability in home mods and assistive technology
- Confident working autonomously in the community and managing a mobile schedule
- Current driver’s license and willingness to travel across Sydney
