Key responsibilities

- VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects.
n
- As the Senior Advisor, Health and Safety Systems, you will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our safety management systems, helping to embed best-practice processes, training, and communications across the organisation.
n
- Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, you'll contribute to key safety initiatives,



analyse safety performance data and support continuous improvement programs that deliver positive safety outcomes.
n
- Primarily office-based, the position also offers opportunities to visit construction sites and gain hands-on exposure to site safety operations.

What you need

n

n
- Demonstrated experience maintaining management systems, including document control, records management, training compliance and continuous improvement activities.
n
- Qualifications in OHS (desirable) and a current drivers license (mandatory).
