The Role

As Fleet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing Rockingham Toyota’s fleet sales operation, maintaining solid relationships with our existing customers while identifying opportunities for further growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Taking ownership of an established fleet customer portfolio and existing order bank
- Managing and strengthening relationships with existing fleet customers
- Developing recent fleet business through prospecting, networking, referrals and lead generation
- Overseeing fleet enquiries, quotations, orders and customer requirements
- Building long-term relationships with businesses, organisations and key decision-makers
- Driving fleet sales performance and identifying opportunities for continued growth
- Ensuring an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales and delivery process
- Working closely with dealership management and Toyota to maximise fleet opportunities
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the Fleet department
- Ensuring customers receive consistent communication and qualified account management

Importantly, you will be supported by an experienced Fleet Sales Assistant, providing administrative and operational support and allowing you to focus on customer relationships, sales and business development.

Required Attributes

- Previous Fleet Sales experience is highly regarded
- Toyota experience will be highly regarded




- Proven ability to build and maintain strong commercial customer relationships
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to generate and develop new business
- Commercially focused with the drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Current Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
- Current Driver's Licence and Police Clearance
