Dealership Parts Interpreter | LILYDALE LOCATION

This is a full-time Parts Interpreter role at Lilydale Hyundai, GWM & LDV, located in Lilydale, VIC. As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the Dealership and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers in the Dealership parts department by interpreting their vehicle parts and accessories requirements accurately

Sourcing and ordering required parts and accessories in a timely manner

Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels

Providing technical advice and support to the service and sales teams

Ensuring the parts department operates efficiently and to a high standard of customer satisfaction

Training and mentoring a parts assistant

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter or similar role within the automotive industry

Strong product knowledge and understanding of vehicle parts and accessories

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment





Strong attention to detail and numerical skills

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands

Experience with ERA/Pentana is preferable
