Our client, an extrinsic part of the Whole of Government fabric, is ready to contract an experienced(Senior) Scrum Master.

Duties will include but not limited to;

- Lead and facilitate essential Agile ceremonies, including Refinements, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives;
- Ensure planned work is Deliverable within the allocated timeframes, and constraints are considered when planning;
- Identify and address road blocks, road blockers and obstacles that hinder team progress, utilise the escalation process to unblock the team and foster an environment of continuous flow and relentless improvement;
- Partner closely with other Teams and senior Designers, Product Managers, Product Owners and Delivery Teams to understand their obstacles, needs gather feedback,



and align team efforts with Programme needs;
- Ensure that product backlog and relevant team and program level reporting is kept up to date and accurate.

Skills and Experience Required;

- 3 to 5 years demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead for a multi-disciplinary large name business team, working across digital products and / or software design and delivery;
- Excellent knowledge and application of Scrum and Kanban techniques and artifacts;
- Execute product delivery with the Scaled Agile Framework, Digital Experience Policy, Scrum and Kanban;
- High level understanding, use and accuracy with Azure DevOps and Miro and/or Figma;
- Related Agile / Secure certifications.
