Duties
- Sell assistive and healthcare equipment to clients within the community sector
- Conduct timely equipment trials and product demonstrations
- Support therapists and healthcare professionals with equipment solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
- Stay up to date with products, features, and services to provide expert advice
- Manage customer interactions and records using CRM systems
- Meet and exceed assigned sales KPIs and budget targets
- Travel regularly within the assigned sales territory
Skills & Experience
- Strong sales aptitude and confidence in selling, with proven sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience or knowledge of aged care or disability equipment (preferred but not essential)
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Comfortable using computer systems and CRM platforms
- Physically capable of handling and demonstrating equipment
- Willingness to travel regularly within the sales area
Working Arrangements
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday to Friday
- Field-based role covering Western Sydney and surrounding areas
