The GEO Group Australia at Ravenhall Correctional Centre seeks a Principal Clinician to lead a multidisciplinary team providing pre- and post-release rehabilitation services. You will guide assessments, formulations and treatment plans, while maintaining senior-level caseloads and ensuring governance across the service.

You will work closely with stakeholders to drive evidence-informed practice, supervise staff, and support continuous improvement within GEO’s Community Reintegration Centre.
