The Company
We’re representing a national provider of specialised hygiene services supporting large-scale FMCG manufacturing operations across Australia and New Zealand. The business works closely with some of the country’s leading food producers and continues to grow its footprint across major processing sites.

This chance sits within a high-volume manufacturing facility in Melbourne’s northern suburbs and offers the chance to step into a genuine site leadership role, working alongside an established client team in a structured production environment.

The Role

As Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of sanitation delivery across the site, leading a team of around 20 staff across a permanent night shift operation. Day to day, you’ll be involved with:

- Coordinating staffing and rosters across the night shift operation
- Managing labour performance and site budgets
- Maintaining quality, food safety and compliance standards
- Working closely with the client to ensure expectations and standards remain aligned
- Supporting the administration and reporting that keeps the operation running smoothly





A big part of the role is the relationship with the client, ensuring expectations stay aligned and standards are consistently delivered. At its core, this is a people leadership role where communication, consistency and trust make the biggest difference.

The Person

We’re looking for a hands‑on leader who is comfortable managing teams in fast‑paced production environments and confident building relationships with stakeholders across a large site.

Direct industrial cleaning or sanitation experience would be beneficial, but isn’t essential. What is important is previous experience leading teams on night shift or within an after‑hours production environment, along with the ability to manage people, performance and day‑to‑day site operations.

The Benefits

Salaries are from$95,000–$100,000 + super, with flexibility for someone who brings the leadership experience we’re looking for. Also, as the business continues to expand across multiple locations, there are genuine opportunities over time to move into broader site or regional leadership roles.
