iDlvr is building the Uber + Uber Eats of construction — combining on-demand delivery with a construction materials marketplace.

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Manager to help turn what happens inside iDlvr every day into content people actually want to watch.

This isn't a corporate marketing role. We want real, clean, engaging content — not overproduced ads or scripted sales videos.

You'll be out capturing real deliveries, construction sites, suppliers, customers, trucks, technology, challenges, behind-the-scenes moments and the journey of building iDlvr.

What You'll Do

- Develop fresh content ideas and recurring series
- Shoot real-world content across sites, suppliers, deliveries and the office
- Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Snapchat
- Film customer, supplier, team and founder content
- Edit fast, clean and engaging videos
- Create basic photography, graphics and branded assets
- Write captions, schedule and publish content
- Manage the content calendar across platforms
- Spot trends, stories and opportunities as they happen
- Track performance and continually improve what we create
- Help shape the overall content style and personality of iDlvr

What We're Looking For

Someone who is content-obsessed,



creative and proactive.

You should have:

- Strong video shooting and editing skills
- Experience creating short-form social content
- A robust understanding of hooks, storytelling and audience retention
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Experience with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar
- Basic photography and graphic design skills
- Confidence filming around tradies, customers, suppliers and construction sites
- The ability to work quickly and independently
- A portfolio of content you've actually created

Most importantly, we want someone who can walk into a situation, understand what's happening and think:
