(Please note that 2-8 years' PQE and robust employment law experience are essential.)

Tasks & responsibilities

Working closely with senior team members, you will take carriage of a broad range of employment law matters with the autonomy to grow as a specialist.

Key responsibilities include:

- managing a broad range of employment law matters with a high degree of autonomy
- working closely with senior team members on complex, technically challenging work
- developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients on key risks and obligations
- contributing to the continued growth of the firm's Employment practice




- staying across employment law developments to deliver technically strong advice.

What you'll bring

- Full Australian working rights essential
- 2-8 years' PQE with strong employment law experience essential
- Admitted Solicitor with a genuine interest in employment law specialisation
- Technically robust, commercially minded, and organised
- Confident running matters autonomously and managing competing priorities
