About the role

- Deliver person-centred nursing care that supports residents’ dignity and wellbeing.
- Administer medications, provide wound care and monitor residents’ health.
- Assess care needs, maintain clinical documentation and respond to changes in residents’ conditions.
- Guide care staff and collaborate with residents, families and healthcare teams.

About you

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Robust clinical assessment, communication and teamwork skills.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse.
- Australian working rights and relevant screening checks.
- Compassion for supporting elderly residents.
