As our Victorian operations continue to expand, we’re growing our warehouse team and looking for a reliable High Reach Forklift Operator and Pick Packer to join us during an exciting period of growth and transition.

The Opportunity:
As a Warehouse Picker/Packer you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. You’ll be working with contemporary systems and equipment in a clean, well-organised facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
Pick Packers at Clayton
- Ability to pick and handle over 23kgs repetitively in a fast-paced environment
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
- Working to daily KPIs while maintaining quality standards
- Supporting team members and contributing to a positive culture
You’ll Bring:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to be on your feet
- Reliable with strong attendance
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Forklift licence (LF) advantageous but not required
