Civil Operator - Grader Final Trim (Whitsunday Region)

Join our client’s team as a Civil Operator focusing on grader final trim in Northern Queensland.

Scope of Work

Operating machinery including graders-final trim, excavators, loaders, rollers, posi tracks, and trucks

Leading site activities in the absence of the Civil Project Manager

Conducting daily pre-starts and reporting maintenance requirements

Implementing and maintaining quality control standards

Ensuring plant and vehicles are maintained to a high standard (including weekly cleaning)

Upholding all health, safety, and environmental requirements

Completing accurate daily reporting and documentation

Identifying site challenges and delivering practical solutions

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven experience in civil construction operations

Final Trim and GPS experience -(essential)

Strong capability operating a range of civil machinery

White Card(essential)

Driver’s licence and reliable transport(essential)

Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings

Solid understanding of civil construction methods and materials

Experience in subdivisions and commercial earthworks (highly regarded)
