Growing Accounting practice have opportunity for someone highly experienced in Accounting business support. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly well established firm helping with client administration & document management, to support & mentor the team with the opportunity to step up into a team lead role. This will be a busy & diverse role; previous experience working in Accounting is absolutely essential to be successful.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive weekly meetings & mentor a small team
- Provide support with client ATO correspondence
- Oversee & streamline day-to-day administrative functions
- Manage client communications, job scheduling, & project coordination.

Knowledge And Experience

- Experience working in an Accounting Public Practice ESSENTIAL.
- Experience with ASIC & ATO is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
- Solid experience with Accounting software packages
