We are a small team, so you will train directly under an owner with 18 years behind the chair.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with colour applications, shampooing and treatments
- Learning our formula and product systems (Redken & Kevin Murphy)
- Looking after clients from the moment they walk in
- Keeping the colour bar and floor running smoothly
- Structured in salon training alongside your formal qualification

About you

- Genuine interest in colour, not just a general interest in hair
- Reliable, coachable and good with people




- Enrolled in or ready to enrol in a Certificate III in Hairdressing
- No salon experience needed, but commitment to the trade counts
- Hands on training in advanced colour from a specialist salon
- A supportive team where questions are encouraged
- Award wages and conditions under the Hair and Beauty Industry Award
- A explicit pathway to the floor
