Systems Application Administrator - Manufacturing

Brisbane, QLD | Site-Based Role

Initial 6 months contract

We're seeking an Systems Application Administrator to support critical manufacturing systems at our Brisbane site. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and IT teams to ensure reliable system performance, drive continuous improvement, and support compliant technology solutions that enable business success.

About the Role

As a key member of the site IT team, you will provide application support, troubleshoot technical issues, contribute to projects, and help maintain validated systems in a GMP-regulated setting.

You will partner with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure manufacturing and laboratory applications remain secure, compliant, reliable, and fit for purpose.

- Experience supporting manufacturing applications
- Knowledge of GMP/GxP regulated environments
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with validation activities,



change control, and compliance processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business analysis capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SCADA, MES, Historian, LIMS, or other operational technology platforms
- ServiceNow
- VMware or Hyper-V environments
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare manufacturing environments
- Infrastructure support including servers, workstations, networking, and system integrations

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Proven experience, including experience in application support, systems engineering, manufacturing IT, laboratory systems, or GxP environments.
