About the Role

We are looking for a curious, commercially minded and technically capable Business Planning & Analytics Analyst or Senior Analyst to join Ralph Lauren in our Sydney Head Office. This newly created role is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of data, reporting, automation and practical AI across our ANZ business. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will modernise reporting, improve access to trusted data and deliver practical automation and AI-enabled solutions that drive better decision-making and productivity across the organisation.

We are open to appointing this role at Analyst or Senior Analyst level. The final title, scope and remuneration will reflect the successful candidate’s demonstrated skills, experience and capability.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end reporting solutions, including gathering business requirements, data discovery,



data modelling, dashboard delivery and continuous improvement

Consolidate and simplify reporting processes to improve efficiency and consistency of KPI reporting

Prepare and transform data into validated reporting datasets from multiple systems, files and manual processes

Design and implement automated workflows using tools such as Power Automate and Microsoft Fabric

Develop practical AI-enabled solutions to support reporting, planning and operational activities

Partner with stakeholders across Retail Planning, Merchandising, Finance, Digital and CRM to solve business challenges

Maintain clear documentation, data definitions, governance controls and reporting standards

Support solution adoption through training, business engagement and knowledge sharing

Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, security and responsible AI requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data & Analytics, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Experience with Power BI, SQL and data modelling

Experience working with data from multiple sources

Experience working with Copilot or similar AI tools

Exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate,



Python or similar technologies

Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks or similar cloud platforms is advantageous

Experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, planning, finance or customer analytics environments is highly regarded
