Our Graduate Program

Our teams all come from a range of backgrounds, allowing us to bring our diverse perspectives and experiences to solving our customer’s challenges. By joining our Graduate Program, you’ll work and learn from experts in the field and take on responsibilities that will fast track your career.

If you have a university degree and are either Australian or New Zealand Citizen, our Graduate Program could be a great fit for you. Our award winning 12-month Graduate Program is focused on preparing future leaders, technical specialists, and industry experts of Fujitsu. Throughout the year, you will experience job specific learning aimed at developing you both personally and professionally. Our Graduate community is tight-knit, social and friendly.

Fujitsu Oceania's Delivery team is the operational core that brings technological solutions to life for a diverse range of clients. They are responsible for the hands-on implementation, integration, and ongoing support of IT projects, from large-scale system transformations to cloud deployments and application development.





For a graduate, this means stepping into a dynamic, project-focused environment where theoretical knowledge is quickly applied to real-world challenges, impacting various industries across Oceania. You'll gain broad exposure to different technologies and client needs focused on tangible problem-solving and impactful results, with the opportunity to provide direct support to the Australian Defence Force and Department of Defence.

Location

Fujitsu hasoffices across AustraliainMelbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, AdelaideandPerth,as well asNew Zealand in Wellington, Auckland. Tobe eligible for our Graduate Program, you must bebased in one of these locations when starting the program.

The Fujitsu Graduate Experience

At the start of the Graduate Program, you will be assigned a buddy from our Graduate Alumni Community to provide additional support and act as a sounding board for any questions. There are also a number of social clubs, initiatives and activities formed by employees that can assist you in strengthening and expanding your professional network. Additionally, you will be invited to join our Early Careers Mentoring Program, where a dedicated mentor will support your career development and provide valuable networking opportunities within the business.

What you will be doing

Graduate roles span across our business, including consulting, technology-focused teams and corporate functions.

You don’t need a technology background to join our Graduate Program - graduates from any degree or discipline are highly encouraged to apply.

Recruitment Process

- Step One: Online Application

This is an opportunity to stand out and detail who you are, your studies, skills, and experiences. To avoid delays, don't leave your application until the last minute!

You will be required to complete a timed online aptitude test which is used to measure mental reasoning ability.

Successful applicants will be invited to attend a panel interview where you will meet with a diverse group from Fujitsu. A great opportunity to ask any questions and find out about their experiences.

- Step Four: Final Interview

You will meet with hiring managers for your graduate role. The purpose of this meeting is to get to know you better, we encourage you to share your education, relevant experience and interest in role and Fujitsu.
