Key responsibilities

- Welcome display-home visitors and provide a professional, friendly customer experience.
- Understand each customer's needs and guide them through the new-home journey.
- Keep the display home and sales information presentable, current and ready for customers.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and maintain consistent customer follow-up.
- Book appointments, prepare quotations and progress customers through the sales process.
- Keep all leads, notes, tasks and pipeline stages accurate and up to date in Insimplify.
- Build trusted relationships and provide clear communication throughout the customer's journey.
- Build strong relationships with land sales teams, developers, agents and referral partners.
- Create and promote relevant house and land packages for the assigned region.
- Visit local land sales offices and support approved events, campaigns and referral opportunities.

About you

- Experience in new-home sales, display-home sales, real estate, customer service or another consultative sales environment is preferred.
- Strong communication, questioning, presentation,



negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and follow through on commitments.
- Confidence using CRM systems, email, digital sales tools and social media for professional purposes.
- Working knowledge of the residential building process, house and land packaging and Victorian growth markets is advantageous.
- A current driver's licence, reliable transport and the ability to travel throughout the assigned sales region.
- Customer focused, skilled and responsive.
- Proactive, organised and accountable for results.
- Commercially aware and comfortable working to measurable sales targets.
- Collaborative, coachable and committed to Highmark Homes' values and communication standards.
