What you will bring to the team

As a full time Leasing Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in our leasing and property management division. Saturday work is part of the role, with time in lieu provided on Fridays to keep your week balanced. You’ll be responsible for:

Assisting with the leasing of residential properties

Managing enquiries and conducting open homes and private inspections

Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners and prospective renters

Working closely with the team to ensure smooth, efficient operations

To thrive in this role, you will need:

A current Agent’s Representative Certificate/ Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agent's Representative Certificate)

A valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle

Excellent presentation and communication skills

A proactive, “can-do” attitude and ability to work autonomously and within a team
