Job Description

Crown Resorts seeks a Head of Service Management & Vendor Operations to spearhead the relationship with the MSP, mobilise four workstreams, and govern SLAs, KPIs, and commercial commitments across Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.

This role chairs governance forums, oversees ITIL-aligned incident/change management, and drives the commercial aspects of the outsourcing arrangement with practical, hands-on accountability.
