Aussizz Migration and Education – Melbourne VIC

You'll work across a broad caseload spanning skilled migration, employer sponsorship, and partner/family visa matters, supporting individual clients as well as Australian businesses navigating workforce planning and compliance-driven visa solutions. Key responsibilities

- Visa application preparation and lodgement, including working knowledge of ImmiAccount
- Case management — managing a caseload, tracking deadlines, and keeping clients updated at each stage
- Working knowledge of key visa subclasses (skilled migration, employer sponsorship, or partner/family visas)
- Document review and evidence assessment against visa criteria
- Client communication with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
- Understanding of the Migration Act, Code of Conduct for Migration Agents, and OMARA obligations
- Written communication, including drafting submissions and correspondence with the Department of Home Affairs
- Stakeholder liaison with employers, HR teams, or sponsors on employer-sponsored matters

About you

- Current registration as a Migration Agent (MARA) or equivalent,



and eligibility to practise in Australia
- 0–2 years' post-registration experience — recent graduates from migration law programs awaiting accreditation welcome
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- A client-first, detail-oriented approach to case management
- Fluency in Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Bahasa Indonesia highly regarded
