Àerre in Melbourne seeks an energetic Retail Store Manager to lead our kiosks at Westfield Southland, Fountain Gate, Eastland and The Glen. You’ll drive sales, coach a small team on the floor and ensure every customer enjoys a premium fragrance experience.

You’ll be responsible for rostering, training, stock management and maintaining brand presentation while hitting KPIs and developing talent in a rapid-growing Australian fragrance brand.
