We're currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected boutique agency in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take over a beautifully maintained portfolio of 160 residential properties across Bondi, Rose Bay and surrounding areas.

This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit, down-to-earth team where the portfolio has been managed by the same Property Manager for the past 5 years — meaning clean systems, long-standing relationships and a smooth transition with extensive handover and support.

The Role

n

Managing a premium residential portfolio with strong landlord relationships, your responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end management of 160 residential properties
n
- Liaising with landlords and tenants (predominantly landlord communication)
n
- Arrears management
n
- Maintenance coordination
n
- Routine inspections and lease management
n




- Ensuring a high level of customer service and communication
n

About You

- Minimum 3 years Property Management experience
n
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Professional and team-focused attitude

- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
