Step into a pivotal role within a premier. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will serve as the essential link between the dedicated clinical staff and the facility’s leadership team. We have opportunities in Rural NSW & Sydney.

In this full time, Monday-to-Friday position, you will be 3rd in charge of a vibrant medium sized residence, balancing hands-on clinical nursing with strategic leadership. This is a rare opportunity to influence clinical governance and quality outcomes while being supported by a highly experienced management team.

About You:

- Registered Nurse with valid AHPRA registration and a Police Check
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and drive change
- Comprehensive understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and AN-ACC guidelines
- Strong computer literacy and a commitment to accurate clinical documentation
- Motivated, empathetic, and passionate about achieving superior clinical outcomes
