We have a position for an experienced Allocations Consultant to join our busy team on a Full-Time basis. This is a contact centre role &you; will be required to engage professionally with all stakeholders.

Our core hours are from 4.45am to 11.00pm &we; operate 7 days a week from South Melbourne. In order to be considered for this role you need to be available & flexible for shifts within these hours, weekdays &weekend; work and occasional night duty.

Your tasks will include:

- First point of contact for all inbound calls
- Outbound calls toexisting clients to fill shifts
- Managing existing client base with a sense of urgency
- Taking staff availabilityfor shifts &client; bookings for shifts
- Managing bookings efficiently via phone &requests; via email.





These rolesare ideally suited to those with call centre &customer; service experience keen to join a growing team in the healthcare sector.

About you:

- A “can-do” attitude with a positive &professional; approach
- Previous experience in Rostering/Administration role/s would be an advantage
- High level time management skills &the; ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment
- Outstanding computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail & accuracy with data entry, whilst maintaining & protecting confidentiality
