Duetoexpansioninworkload,weareseekinganexperiencedImportsOfficertojoinourImportsteaminThomastown,Melbourneonafull-timebasis.

- Liaisingwithclients(nationallyandinternationally),carriers,ABFandAQIS&e-commerceplatforms.;
- Managing,compiling,andprocessingallimportdocumentation,includingassistingwithcustomsandquarantinepaperwork.
- Communicatingwithtransnationalclientstoorganiseefficientandon-timefreighttransportation.
- Co-coordinatingwithclientsandinternalstaff
- Cargodeliveryarrangement
- CompleteallrequireddocumentationinatimelymannerandinaccordancewithCompanypolicyandcomplianceobligations
- Followproceduresandcommunicateeffectivelywithinternalandexternalteam.
- Ad-hoctasksasrequiredbymanagement.

Thesuccessfulcandidatewillhavethefollowing:

- Atleast1yearfreightforwardingorlogisticsexperience
- Serviceorientedandstrongcustomer-focusapproach
- Abilitytomanageconflictingworkload
- Demonstratedproficiencyincomputerusage
