Based in our modern offices at Realm (right above Eastland Shopping Centre and just steps from Ringwood Train Station), you’ll work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to mentoring and supporting you as you develop your skills.

- Recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates who have substantially completed their degree.
- Individuals from related fields looking to move into statutory planning.
- Experienced statutory planners seeking new challenges.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Qualifications:

- A completed (or substantially completed) degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Town Planning, or a closely related field.

Knowledge:

- An understanding of statutory planning procedures, ideally with some knowledge of the Planning and Environment Act and planning schemes.
- Familiarity with local government processes is a plus, but not essential.

Skills:





- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal to engage with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Analytical and investigative abilities to assess planning applications and prepare reports.
- A customer-focused approach, with the ability to provide accurate advice and guidance in a friendly and professional manner.
- Positive organisational and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute positively to a team environment.
