Key Responsibilities

- Providevisibleleadershiptopromoteastrongsafetycultureacrosstheoperation
- Leadallundergroundminingactivitiesincludingdevelopmentandproduction
- Deliveroperationaltargetssafely,efficientlyandwithinbudget
- Manageprojectbudgets,forecasting,costcontrolandfinancialperformance
- Monitoroperationalperformanceandimplementcontinuousimprovementinitiatives
- Manageminingequipmentandoperationalresourcestomaximiseproductivity
- Build,mentoranddevelophigh-performingleadershipandsiteteams
- Overseeworkforceplanning,recruitmentandsuccessionplanning
- Maintainstrongclientrelationshipsthrougheffectivecommunicationandcollaboration
- Identifyoperationalrisksandimplementpracticalmitigationstrategies

Requirements & Eligibility

- Extensiveexperienceinundergroundhardrockminingoperations
- Previousexperienceinaseniorminingsiteleadershiporprojectmanagementrole
- MiningEngineeringqualificationorotherrelevanttertiaryqualification
- Strongexperiencemanagingundergroundminingcontractsandclientrelationships
- Provenbudgeting,financialmanagementandcommercialdecision-makingskills
- Demonstratedabilitytoleadanddevelophigh-performingteams
