We're seeking an experienced SAP Service Cloud V2 / ESM Consultant to join a major transformation project. This is a client-facing role focused on workshop facilitation, solution design, SAP configuration and end-to-end delivery of customer service and enterprise service management solutions.

About the Role

n

You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure SAP Service Cloud V2, and support testing, deployment and go-live activities.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
n
- Design end-to-end SAP Service Cloud V2 and ESM solutions.
n
- Configure workflows, business rules, case management and service processes.
n
- Produce functional specifications and solution documentation.
n
- Support testing, deployment and solution adoption.
n
- Provide guidance to stakeholders and project teams.
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- 7+ years SAP consulting experience.
n
- 3+ years implementing SAP Service Cloud V2 and/or SAP ESM solutions.
n




- Strong SAP Service Cloud V2 configuration experience.
n
- Proven solution design and workshop facilitation skills.
n
- Experience with case management, service request management and workflow automation.
n
- SAP S/4HANA integration experience highly regarded.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n

Desirable

n

n
- SAP Service Cloud V2 certification.
n
- SAP CX or SAP ESM implementation experience.
n
- Utilities, field service or asset-intensive industry experience.
n
- Agile delivery experience.
n
