Key responsibilities

- Deliver safe, high-quality and evidence-based nursing care in line with professional standards and Barwon Health requirements.

- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in collaboration with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.

- Contribute to safety, quality improvement, audits and service initiatives within the clinical area.
n
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and comply with relevant clinical, regulatory and information management requirements.

What you need

- Registered Nurse with minimum of 12 months acute nursing experience at the commencement of program.
n
- Motivated and committed to building knowledge and clinical confidence Effective communication, willingness to embrace feedback and work collaboratively to deliver protected, high-quality patient care.
n
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
