Veolia is looking for a Trainee Water Treatment Operator to work across our Bendigo, Castlemaine and Kyneton water treatment facilities.

n

You do not need previous water industry experience. We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety focused and keen to learn. You will receive practical training and complete a Certificate III in Water Operations while working alongside an experienced team.

What you'll do

- Help operate and maintain water treatment plants and equipment
n
- Monitor treatment processes and record test results
n




- Assist with routine maintenance and equipment breakdowns
n
- Help troubleshoot issues and improve plant performance
n
- Follow safety, environmental and quality procedures
n
- Participate in overtime and attend sites outside standard hours when required
n

What you'll bring

- A genuine interest in water operations and willingness to learn
n
- A current Victorian driver's licence
n
- Reliability and the ability to work well in a team
n
- The ability to work across Bendigo (3550), Castlemaine and Kyneton
n

n

Experience with mechanical or electrical equipment, computers or practical work environments would be helpful but is not essential.

n
