We're on the hunt for an Event Specialist to join our venues team across Half Acre (South Melbourne), Carousel (Albert Park), and our stunning current Mornington Peninsula venue, Sunnyside Events. You'll be delivering unforgettable weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations – with a side of headline-event glamour, thanks to our involvement in the Australian Grand Prix and the Melbourne Cup Carnival. But it's weddings and in-venue events where you'll really shine.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the calm, organised force behind the scenes, working together with couples and corporate clients to bring seamless events to life:

Being the go-to contact for wedding and corporate clients, guiding them through planning with confidence and warmth

Crafting floor plans, run sheets, and event briefs tailored to each venue and occasion





Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to bring every detail together

Managing event admin through TripleSeat

Being on-site on the big day to make sure everything runs exactly to plan

What You'll Bring

At least 1 years' experience coordinating, planning, or running events – weddings and/or corporate experience is a big plus

A natural people person who builds relationships easily, especially with clients planning some of the biggest days of their lives

A sharp eye for detail and a genuine love of food & wine

Rock-solid organisation and time-management skills

Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday
