Reliance Real Estate is seeking a confident and organised Property Manager to join our Sunbury team! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional who takes pride in providing exceptional service, building strong relationships, and managing their portfolio with confidence.

About the Role

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with rental providers, renters and key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a residential property portfolio from end to end
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and renters
- Conducting routine inspections and preparing reports
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and stakeholders
- Managing rent arrears and following up outstanding payments
- Handling lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy documentation
- Managing renter enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Coordinating entry and vacate processes
- Attending and preparing documentation for VCAT matters where required
- Ensuring properties and tenancy processes remain compliant with Victorian legislation
- Maintaining accurate records within property management systems
- Working collaboratively with the wider Reliance team to deliver exceptional client experience

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:





- Approximately 3+ Years Experience in Property Management
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Confidence managing competing priorities and resolving issues
- High attention to detail and robust administrative skills
- A professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- The relevant Victorian real estate registration or qualifications required to perform the role
