Strata Assistant | $80k Package | Pathway to Manager

Linea Talent is partnering with an established national strata management business to appoint a Strata Assistant to their South East Brisbane team.
n This is an excellent prospect to join a stable and experienced team, providing direct support 2 of the most senior and experienced Strata Managers in the office, while gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

The Role

n

Working closely with the Branch Manager and Senior Strata Manager, you will provide day‐to‐day administrative and portfolio support while developing your knowledge and experience within body corporate management.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Providing direct support to senior Strata Managers across their portfolios
n
- Preparing correspondence, notices, agendas and meeting documentation
n
- Assisting with AGM and committee meeting preparation
n
- Liaising with owners, committee members, contractors and other stakeholders
n
- Coordinating maintenance requests and following up contractors
n
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
n
- Assisting with insurance, compliance and general body corporate enquiries
n




- Providing high‐quality administrative and customer service support
n
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc strata administration
n

n

About You

n

You may already have experience in strata/body corporate, property management, real estate or property administration, or you may be an experienced administrator looking to establish a career in the strata industry.
n You will ideally have strong administration and organisational skills, excellent communication, confidence dealing with clients and stakeholders, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n Previous property or strata experience is advantageous but not essential.
