The Company:

We are currently working with a developer Builder that is running projects up to $10M in value. The company have enjoyed significant growth over the past 24 months and have further diversified their project portfolio into the mid density residential market.

The Role:

- To start with your main area of responsibility be to produce bill of quantities for medium to large scale townhouse developments
- You will review and translate technical documentation apply costs and rates accordingly.

Your Skill Set:

- 2-3 years experience in the construction industry as an Estimator.
- Demonstrated experience in producing BOQ`s
- The ability to read an interpret technical drawings.
- Experience using CostX and or Databuild preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- A methodical approach and attention to detail.
- Driven and career focused.
- Solid communication skills
