About the Role:

We are seeking a collaborative and driven Process Engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions for industry-leading clients.

Reporting into the Team Manager and playing a critical role to our success, your responsibilities will include:

- Day-to-day technical delivery across multiple projects ranging from longer term greenfield projects to upgrading and/or refurbishment of brownfield facilities.
- Hands on involvement with scoping, concept design and FEED development, equipment selection, detailed design, through to testing and commissioning stages.
- Involvement during Risk Management activities such as HAZOPs and CHAZOPs as per project and client requirements.
- Applying sound technical knowledge of process engineering activities across a range of clients and industry portfolios.
- Working collaboratively within dynamic multi-disciplinary project teams,



involvement in progress meetings and client interactions.
- Assisting in business development activities as required, involvement in proposal writing and tender submissions with clients.
- Ongoing training and development including a mixture of practical & theoretical in-house and external training programs.

About You:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering field, this can be Chemical/Process Engineering, and other related engineering disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience working within GMP-regulated environments and applying compliance, validation, and quality principles across engineering projects.
- You will have a hands on and collaborative nature, with proven experience across either small to large scale process design related projects.
- You will ideally have proven project experience in process simulation and design, flow sheeting, P&ID; Drafting and equipment Selection.
- You will have proven experience in a highly regulated or high-risk industry;Water, Life Sciences, Transport, Energy & Resources and Defence & Manufacturing.
- Engineering consultancy experience will be highly regarded,



but not essential.
- You must be an effective and influential communicator, with proven skills dealing directly with clients on project requirements and specifications.
- We are looking for this person to grow with the business, ideally you will be self-driven with the willingness to learn and develop.
