Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver room service orders accurately and on time
n
- Take phone/app orders, confirming special requests and dietary needs
n
- Set up trays/trolleys to standard; check against ticket before delivery
n
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure timely, correct order prep
n
- Deliver discreetly, respecting guest privacy and room entry protocols
n
- Process bills and payments at point of delivery
n
- Collect trays/trolleys promptly to keep floors clean and presentable
n
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
n
- Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
n

What You'll Bring:

- Hospitality or F&B; experience (room service a plus)

- Robust phone and in-person communication skills

- Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple orders

- Physical stamina to stand, carry trays, and navigate hotel corridors
n
- Team player who works well with kitchen and front-of-house

- Flexible, positive attitude during peak and off-hour demand
