We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Conveyancer to join our growing legal practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, takes pride in their work and is looking to take the next step in their conveyancing career.

About the role

You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of conveyancing matters from exchange through to settlement, while providing a high level of service and support to our clients and legal team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Managing conveyancing files from exchange through to settlement
- Liaising with clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Managing settlements through PEXA
- Using LEAP legal software to manage files and workflow
- Preparing and managing conveyancing documentation
- Providing administrative support to the legal team
- Managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Undertaking general administrative duties as required





About you

We are looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in residential and commercial conveyancing
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple matters at once
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
- Confident communicating with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in LEAP legal software
- Experienced with and knowledgeable in the PEXA settlement system
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- A team player who takes pride in delivering excellent client service
